Gözde has served as an inhouse counsel in retail sector for Alshaya Group for 15 years.
Alshaya is a leading international franchise operator for nearly 90 of the world's most recognised retail brands including Starbucks, H&M, Mothercare, The Cheesecake Factory, The Body Shop, M.A.C, Victoria’s Secret.
Having served as the Head of Legal, Ethics and Compliance Committee, Data Privacy Committee and the Disciplinary Committee in Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Gözde is also acting as a member of the Retail Legal and Arbitration Comitteee of TOBB, GPD, KMD and TAMPF.
Cem works at Founder One impact investing fund as Impact Lead and Investment Committee member.
He is the advisor to Faruk Eczacıbaşı. He has been working as a Consultant at the World Bank on climate finance since 2015, and at UNDP on sustainability reporting and impact investing since 2021.
Cem completed his BS in Economics at ITU and MA in Management at Harvard.
He participated to training programs on impact investing and climate finance at Business Schools of Oxford in 2019, Cape Town in 2021, and Edinburgh in 2022.
Alp Graduated as a valedictorian from Galatasaray University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and also holds a Master of Finance Degree from MIT.
Founded Vaener, one of the most reputable renewable energy consulting firms in Turkey. To date, Vaener had the privilege work with clients such as Coca-Cola, DHL, Ferrero, Allianz, Anadolu Efes, Kingspan, Stantec, D-Marin, PI Berlin, Tractebel and the Ministry of Energy of Turkey.
Alp is located in Istanbul, Turkey and is responsible for Impact Drive’s renewable energy services.
